Community Wildfire Protection Planning

The Community Wildfire Resiliency Plan involved a partnership between the qathet Regional District, the City of Powell River, and the Tla’amin First Nation. This Plan consists of a comprehensive analysis of wildfire risk and recommendations to reduce wildfire risk for the qathet Regional District, City of Powell River, and Tla’amin Nation. This document is designed for a wide variety of audiences, including elected officials, government and Nation staff, and the general public.
