The Board of Variance Bylaw (PDF) provides citizens with an avenue for appeal on the interpretation and strict application of certain zoning regulations under specific circumstances defined in the Local Government Act. All variance applications should be completed after you speak with the Planning Department staff member. The form below is provided for your information.
