Phase 5: Approval Process Public Engagement
Thank you for taking the time this summer to visit the Pop-Up Plan Savary Market, filling out the online survey, or providing your feedback directly to staff. The new Savary Island Official Community Plan provides a refreshed community vision, and combines findings from the detailed review of the 2006 Savary Island Official Community Plan, Savary-specific reports, studies and plans, along with community engagement and advisory committee input, into a practical, reader-friendly plan that supports the community’s vision for the future.
The Savary Island Official Community Plan will be further refined based on your feedback, and considered at a public hearing prior to final adoption of the bylaw by the qathet Regional District’s Regional Board.
