Request for Proposal: Environmental Monitoring & Reporting – Resource Recovery Centre

The qathet Regional District (qRD) is requesting Proposals from qualified consultants to perform Environmental Monitoring and Reporting for a five-year term covering the period January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2031.

Proposals must be submitted to the qRD at via email before the Closing Date and Time as indicated on the cover page of this RFP and must include a copy of Section 1.3 of this Request for Proposal page signed by an officer, employee or representative of the Proponent that confirms the Proponent’s intent to be bound to the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.
