Public Notification of Substantial Performance – qathet Regional District Contract No. 2240-30-71

Hyve Construction (dba Dawn Construction (2018) Ltd.) achieved Substantial Performance of the Northside Community Recreation Centre CCDC 14 – 2013 Design-Build contract on May 4, 2026.

Any claims of lien related to this contract must be filed on or before June 18, 2026.  Builders Lien Act holdback funds held under this contract will be eligible for release to the contractor on June 29, 2026.
