Access to Nomination Documents
The regional district shall provide public access to nomination documents by posting said documents on the regional district website within 48 hours of their delivery to the chief election officer and until 30 days after the declaration of the election results under section 146 of the Local Government Act.
Note: per School District No.69 (Qualicum) Board of Education Bylaw No.1., SD69 candidate nomination documents can be viewed during the regular office hours of the Qualicum School District Administrative Offices located at 100 Jensen Avenue East Parksville, BC.
