The qRD Finance Department provides billing for utility services. For more information about services and user rates click the links below:
Pay Your Bill
- Online using the 14-digit account number shown on your utility bill, select “qathet Regional District” as the payee at one of our participating banks:
- By phone using your Visa or MasterCard at 604-485-2260
- By mail with a cheque payable to qathet Regional District,
- In person at our office located here: 202 – 4675 Marine Avenue, Powell River, BC V8A 2L2

qathet Regional District Utility Billing
The qathet Regional District is updating our billing records and providing the option to receive your bills electronically (e-billing). Please review the review the form linked below and indicate your consent if you wish to opt-in to email billing. If you choose not to consent, you may continue to receive paper bills. Simply indicate your preference to remain on paper-based billing by completing this online form [Link is External].
