We anticipate holding three to five virtual Advisory Committee meetings between November 2024 and July/August 2025.

Advisory Committee Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and provide general guidance on background information, draft materials, outreach activities and materials, and draft plan sections.
• Provide feedback on draft Community Plan goals, objectives, policies, and implementation strategies.
• Assist qRD staff and project team in identifying and evaluating potential alternatives to address key community issues and opportunities.
• Provide feedback on the Community Plan document structure and format to ensure usability.
• Participate in community engagement activities when available.
• Assist in identifying and connecting the project team with key interest groups.
• Help inform the community about the Community Plan review process and encourage participation by diverse community members.
